I stayed in Rio with a friend for 2 weeks. The apartment in Copacabana was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and internet was working. It was a fair deal and I will come back soon. Thanks again to SB and the team.

StartBrazil and their team are excellent and I have used them on a number of occasions both for myself and my friends to rent very good and well maintained apartments/penthouses in Rio.
There is a strong peace of mind using StartBrazil as I know things will be managed professionally in every aspect as well as knowing that the apartments are well taken care of.
I've been traveling to Rio for more than 12 years and until I found StartBrazil there was always uncertainty as to whether the service I was using was a good one. I will not use any other service than StartBrazil to organize my apartments during future visits to Rio.

We rented a flat on Rue Prudente de Morais 269 that was just perfect for two. The local manager and his staff were very professional, provided CLEAR information, and answered any question that we had very quickly.
This was our 6th time in RIo over the last 6 years. We have always stayed in hotels, but found this to be a much more positive experience.
Our location was perfect. Close to Internet, the Post Office, the Metro, great restaurants, the gay beach was 2 blocks away, and the security staff at the building were incredible.
We couldn't ask for more from them. They were the best, the property was great, and we were 100% satisfied.
We'll be back next November!

I'm very happy with the service StartBrazil provided. When I mentioned a problem, they acted quickly and sent somebody to fix it the very same day. I'm sure when I go back to Rio I will be using their services again. Thanks a lot ! Angelo

We stayed for 3 nights in a 3 bed apartment. The apartment was perfectly located in Ipanema, and the service offered by StartBrazil was very professional. The only downside was that the lift didn't work, so we had to use the service elevator.
However, this tiny inconvenience would definitely not deter us from using this great service again.
