hello, i'm from Paris, i've rented 4 appartments already, and i'm always super happy about the apartments. the last two are rented were avenida raina elizabeth, and another one rua almirante goncalves.
always clean, safe, well located, well equiped...
The local manager is very helpfull, any little problem we had, he took care of it right away.
i strongly recommend their apartments, i also strongly recommend them because you have a lot of scams with apartments in rio, they are so serious and can be fully trusted.

Soy Marta de Tucuman, Argentina, alquile el depto de Rua Bolivra 54, por 21 dias. Esta muy bien ubicado, coincide perfectamente con la descrpcion de internet. El apartamento es muy confortable, proximo a los mejores bares y restoranes de Copacabana, en un lugar seguro y proximo a las estaciones de metros y buses. MUY RECOMENDABLE!!!! a mas de ello, el personal muy profesionales, en todo momento dispuestos a brindarte lo mejor.

i rented a flat in Rua Prudente Morais 269 in december 2010 for 5 days . all was ok , flat is very nice and clean and also the bathroom , i was alone , but is perfect for 2 persons . flat is exactly like the photos in the website and is placed in a very good and quite area , just 1 block from Ipanema Posto 8 , around is full of restaurants , bar and others . no problems with reservation and the driver was waiting on time at the airport to take me in Ipanema . good experience , i liked , thanks. enrico , italy

We rented a studio apartment in Copacabana a block from the beach and it was perfect- actually even better in person than in the pictures! The local manager was very prompt in correspondence before we arrived and gave us a peace of mind in booking something so far away from home. When a small problem arose while we were there, I got a speedy response and an offer for someone to come fix it if need be as soon as possible. We were very satisfied with the services provided, would book with him again and would recommend it to friends.

The apartment was great - close to both Cocacabana and Ipanema, the Metro, bars and restaurants. It was very clean when we arrived and it was cleaned several times during our 10 night stay. The staff was very professional making both checking in and out easy. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

The appartment is great, just meters away from Copacabana and a 10 minutes walk to Ipanema. the building is safe and all amenities are there. very good layout of the appartment with 3 bedrooms and private bathrooms. Happy to recommend to anyone who is coming to Rio
